    split into ZmtDeployPlugin, ZmtLaunchPlugin.groovy
    updated ZmtSimulationPlugin and test
added ZmtLaunchPlugin.groovy
    containing fixes for simulations to include launcher
added ZmtDeployPlugin.groovy
    containing deploy workings of deleted ZmtDistributionPlugin
